At WOW Sweets (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we take pride in crafting and delivering premium-quality desserts and confections. Each order is made with care, precision, and the highest standards of hygiene. However, we understand that certain situations may require resolution through refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy outlines how such situations are handled.
 
Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the nature of our products — including cakes, chocolates, pastries, and other perishables — we are generally unable to accept returns once an item has been delivered or picked up.
We recommend customers inspect their order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
 
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
  • You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect product, flavor, or customization)
  • Your item was damaged during delivery
  • Your order was cancelled by us due to stock or availability issues
  • A scheduled delivery was not fulfilled due to our error
Refunds are not applicable for:
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Incorrect information or customization provided by the customer
  • Delayed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address input by the customer
  • Products not consumed or stored as per instructions
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery, with the following:
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (in case of damage or incorrect item)

Our team will investigate the request and respond within 2 business days with the outcome or next steps.
 
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. For custom or large orders (e.g., event catering or wedding cakes), cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
 
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
